Play therapy helps children to explore and process difficulties that they are facing in their lives. I feel incredibly lucky to be a BAPT accredited play therapist. I think it is a privilege to meet children and families and provide a safe space where difficult feelings can be processed. During my undergraduate degree, I studied psychology with a focus on development and developmental disorders. I went on to complete the MA in Play Therapy which covers child development, neuroscience and attachment. I have a special interest in Animal Assisted Play Therapy™.
